Checkout Time : 12:00 PM (noon) |

Early checkin or late checkout is chargeable by the resort. |

Primary guest must be 18 years+ to checkin in the resort. |

In case advance bookings are made against a token amount and are totally on good faith, with this understanding that the guests will pay the balance total amount at the time of checkin. |

In case of cancellation 100% retention would be charged. |

Any disputes arising will be subjected to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Kasauli, Distt. Solan. (H.P) |
